Im building a mesmer necro character and am wondering if anyone can tell me the best offhand or focus to get for her. Price is no object and i want the best so plz reply with any help or ideas.

depends entirely on what kind of build you are making for the character, there is nt a "fits all" offhand as such

Oh boy so many ways to answer this question.
Let's start with the obvious: You are going to want more than one offhand because you are going to have more than one build

Mesmers are versitile characters and with a necro as your 2ndary you might find yourself using as many (or even more) necro skills as you do mesmer, depending on the team you play in.
Personally my favourites are staffs because every little bit of energy matters, however because you can gain energy with many mesmer skills, if you have an appropriate build neither energy or regen will matter too much.

For an all-round offhand you will want something which has 10/10 cast/recharge on ALL skills. If you can get your hands on a 20/20 rockmolder. I think the rockmolder is +1 illusion/recharge but I will need someone to onfirm this. I think, but I cannot be sure that Illyana's mirror gives a 10/10 cast/recharge +30 health.

Anyhow that's just a start, and this might be more appropriate perhaps in the mesmer thread...

Sadly i dont have a free slots to make a mesmer and a necro... sadly...
I use the high storage of energy of my ele, to play as a mesmer and necro...
About the weapows u will use, take all greens... because are cheap... and very usefull...

Yes, the 20/20 Rockmolder is probably the best offhand you can use with any mesmer primary or secondary that uses Illusion skills.

The Rockmolder
+12 Energy (req 9 Illusion Magic)
+1 Illusion Magic (20% chance while using Illusion Magic skills)
Halves skill recharge time (20% chance)

The recharge benefit is for ALL skills, so it's a nice boon to a mesmer, who (with any decent amount in fast casting) doesn't have to worry too much about casting times.
